City Clerk

Responsibilities
The City Clerk serves as the Clerk to the City Council and prepares official meeting agendas and minutes.  The Clerk also publishes legal notices, coordinates the election process, and maintains official records and files for the City.

The Clerk’s office is responsible for codification of City ordinances; maintenance of official documents of records such as oaths of office, claims against the City, and audited financial statements; and administration of municipal licenses such as soliciting licenses, gambling permits, kennel licenses, and liquor and beer licenses.
